ABOUT ME
I am a License Mental Health Counselor and a Master Credential Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. I have been working in the addiction and counseling field for over 10 years. I earned Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. In addition my Bachelors in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Child Clinical Studies and Forensic Psychology from Canisius College also in Buffalo, NY.
My current experience is centered on providing addiction and mental health counseling to adults with who may have emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse issues.
I utilize various approaches to help individuals manage and overcome short term and long term obstacles, including CBT, DBT, person centered, and motivational interviewing, among others.

Originally from NYC and settled down in Western NY. I am a wife and mother of 4 (3 girls and a boy), very family orientated. I love cooking and baking with the family, especially comfort food (baked mac and cheese & chocolate chip cookies ).
