Jeronica Digby
D-LMHC, MA cASAC Owner

Hi, I’m Jeronica Digby, a licensed mental health counselor with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I created Digby’s New Hope Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC because I believe every person deserves a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to heal and regain their sense of hope.

I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, addiction and major life transitions. I use an integrative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach because I know the importance of seeing the whole person—not just the problem. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you gain clarity, and walk alongside you as you build the tools and confidence needed to move forward.

I strive to create a warm, empowering, and honest therapeutic environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe in using real conversations, practical strategies, and compassionate guidance to help you make meaningful changes in your life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something different, I am here to support your growth and help you reconnect with your strengths.

Outside of my clinical work, I am a wife, mother of four, and active community advocate. I bring my passion for leadership, mentorship, and service into my practice, and I’m committed to doing this work with integrity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Tajra Daniels-Wilson LMHC, Therapist

Hi, I’m Tajra Daniels-Wilson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over three years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families as they work through life’s challenges. I use an integrative and multicultural therapeutic approach that respects your identity, honors your lived experiences, and supports your emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. I believe that who you are — including your family history, faith, and cultural background — plays an important role in how you heal and grow.

With a foundation in Christian values, family systems, and criminal justice, I understand how layered life can be. I’ve worked with people navigating difficult transitions, identity concerns, unresolved family issues, and emotional stress that feels too heavy to carry alone. I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and the pressures that come from balancing family, faith, and personal expectations.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I want you to feel safe, heard, and supported from the moment you walk in. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and culturally responsive practices to help you gain insight, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change in your life.

I know that life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating — especially when you’re expected to stay strong for everyone else. You don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, help you explore your strengths, and empower you to step into the best version of yourself. Therapy is a journey, and I’m honored to support you every step of the way
